bukmi.pl subdomain and custom booking domain

Who this is for

Besides app.bukmi.pl/b/…, you can offer guests:

On Free and Starter, the default remains https://app.bukmi.pl/b/{slug} (plus embed from Starter).

Subdomain *.bukmi.pl (Growth+)

1. Your business needs Growth, Pro, or a higher tier with this feature.
2. Under My offer (business profile), set a subdomain label — lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens only (e.g. salon-kraina).
3. After saving, guests use https://salon-kraina.bukmi.pl instead of the long app.bukmi.pl path.
4. Copy link in the dashboard points to the subdomain when it is active.

No DNS records at your registrar are required — the platform serves the subdomain.

If you later add a custom domain (Pro), that host becomes canonical; the bukmi.pl subdomain may redirect guests to it.

Custom domain (Pro+)

1. Pro plan (or another tier that includes custom domain).
2. Integrations → Custom domain — enter the host only (no https:// or path), e.g. booking.your-brand.com or your-brand.com.
3. At your DNS provider, create the records shown in the dashboard:
   • Subdomain (e.g. booking.your-brand.com): CNAME the first label → domains.bukmi.pl.
   • Apex (your-brand.com): A record to the IPv4 shown; www usually CNAME to the apex. Leave MX alone if mail must keep working.
4. Wait for DNS propagation. The dashboard tells you when the record points at the booking server — then open the URL once (refreshing repeatedly too early can temporarily block certificate issuance).
5. After the first successful visit, status becomes active; Stripe return URLs and emails use that host.

Apex warning: booking replaces whatever site currently lives on that hostname. Keep a separate marketing site on another domain or use a subdomain such as booking..

In the same section you can add path redirects for old URLs (e.g. /pricing → a service or hub section).
