Public booking page
The booking page is what a guest sees before they pick a service: your name, offer, and contact details. Edit it under My offer → Company settings → Public page.
Changes go live after you save. The in-panel preview is approximate: links and booking are disabled there. On a wide screen, switch Desktop / Mobile or expand the preview. Open booking hub opens the saved page in a new tab, including while the page is still unpublished.
Publishing
Section titled “Publishing”Publish booking page controls whether clients can open the page at all.
While it is off, the public address does not accept guests and online booking is closed. You can still preview the page from settings and create bookings in the app (Create booking).
Public addresses
Section titled “Public addresses”| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Public display name | Text used instead of the business name on the page and in guest emails. Empty = the business name. |
| Hub subtitle | A short line under the name (up to 200 characters). Keep longer copy in the description. |
| Public booking URL slug | The end of https://app.bukmi.pl/b/{slug}. Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. This is the link you send to clients. |
| Subdomain | From the Growth plan: an extra address your-name.bukmi.pl. The app.bukmi.pl/b/… link keeps working. Details: Subdomain and custom domain. |
A custom domain (Pro) is not on this tab. Set it under Integrations → Custom domain. The same article covers DNS.
What guests see
Section titled “What guests see”Description (up to 2000 characters, with simple formatting) and Show description on the public booking page. When it is on, the description sits in the main area of the page.
Phone, address, and contact email are edited on the Details tab. Here you only choose whether to show them:
- Show phone on the public booking page
- Show address on the public booking page — guests see the address as a link that opens a Google Maps search
- Show contact email on the public booking page
If a value is missing from the business profile, the switch says so. Edit in details jumps to that tab.
From Starter, you also get Business website URL and Show website on the public booking page. When shown, that link appears in the page footer and in confirmation emails instead of the BUKMI marketing link.
From Starter, Social media on the public booking page covers Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Show social media icons when links are set — guests only see networks you fill in.
Service groups on the page
Section titled “Service groups on the page”Create catalog groups on the business page (My offer → Catalog groups) and assign them when you edit a service. Services without a group stay at the end of the list. With no groups, the page is a single list.
The public page has one switch, Collapsible section on public booking page. On: the guest expands a section by clicking the group title. Off: services stay visible under a fixed heading. The switch applies to every group at once.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”Logo, cover, theme, accent colour, fonts, layouts, gallery, content blocks, and Google reviews need the Starter plan or higher (custom appearance). On Free, the tab explains the higher plan; publishing, address, description, and contact visibility remain.
Logo and cover
Section titled “Logo and cover”- Business logo — JPG or PNG, up to 2 MB. Shown on the booking page and in guest emails. Without a file, the first letter of the name is used.
- Public page cover image — JPG or PNG, up to 4 MB. Hero background; wide horizontal images work best.
- Show cover banner on public booking pages — turning it off hides the background and leaves the logo and name.
Footer, theme, and colour
Section titled “Footer, theme, and colour”- Show “Created with bukmi” link on public booking pages — a small footer link. You can hide it. If you also show your website, both links can sit next to each other.
- Public booking theme — Light, Dark, or Auto (follows the guest’s system setting).
- Guest booking accent color — buttons and links. Pick a color, use a swatch, or Use platform default.
Opening hours on the page
Section titled “Opening hours on the page”Opening hours on booking hub are venue or reception hours the guest can read. They are not staff schedules and they do not remove bookable slots. Bookable time is set under Availability.
Show opening hours to guests turns the block on. In Edit hours, each day can be Closed this day or have up to two ranges (from–to). Ranges must not overlap, and closing time must be later than opening time. Copy from business opening hours fills in the hours stored on the business; you can adjust them afterwards.
On the Studio layout, the full week is the Opening hours sidebar module (you have to tick it). The page can also show a short “Open now” / “Closed” line.
Content blocks
Section titled “Content blocks”Hub content blocks are extra sections under the offer: about you, service area, FAQ. Up to 10 blocks. Each has a title and an anchor id (lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens, unique — it becomes #faq in the address).
Types:
- Text block — formatted copy.
- Text with image — copy, an image, or both. Image on the Left or the Right. JPG/PNG, up to 4 MB.
- FAQ block — questions and answers, up to 20 pairs in one block.
Reorder with the arrows. Section navigation on booking page adds links to sections (services, blocks, contact). Contact appears only when guests can see a phone, email, website, or address.
Blocks are not shown on the Minimal layout. On Studio, also tick Content blocks under main-column modules. On the other layouts, blocks are part of the page.
Page layout
Section titled “Page layout”Booking hub layout changes the service list and the surrounding page. The booking steps themselves (time, details, payment) stay the same.
| Layout | What it looks like | Service list style |
|---|---|---|
| Profile | Centred header with the logo, services underneath. | List or Cards |
| Studio | Two columns on desktop; contact and extras in a sidebar. | List or Cards |
| Catalog | Service cards, useful when services have photos. | Always Cards |
| Minimal | A compact list without the banner. Fits an embed. | List or Cards |
| Business website | Full-width banner, featured services, reviews, and contact. | Always Cards |
| Property / stay | Photo mosaic, description, and a booking card with a “from” price. For stays and rentals. | Always Cards |
| Price list | A short header and a grouped list of services with prices. | Always the price-list style |
Typeface applies to the booking page:
- Default — Instrument Sans
- Elegant — Playfair Display headings
- Modern — Manrope
- Friendly — Nunito
Sidebar (Studio only)
Section titled “Sidebar (Studio only)”Sidebar modules — tick what belongs in the column next to the offer:
- About — separate text (up to 2000 characters), independent of the header description. The field appears when the module is on.
- Contact — phone, email, and website, when those are visible.
- Opening hours
- Location — the address with an “Open in Google Maps” link, when the address is shown.
- Social media
- Google reviews — see below. This module is off by default.
An empty module (for example About with no text) does not take space on the page.
Main column
Section titled “Main column”Studio, Business website, and Property / stay have Main panel modules:
- Content blocks — Studio only (the other two layouts already include blocks in the page).
- Photo gallery — up to 12 JPG/PNG photos, 4 MB each. Upload several at once and reorder them with the arrows. On Business website and Property / stay, the gallery is on by default.
Google reviews
Section titled “Google reviews”BUKMI does not have its own rating system. It does not store stars or comments left inside the app. It shows reviews from your Google business profile.
The feature is on the Starter plan and above, on the Public page tab, under Google reviews. The reviews block is hidden in the website embed.
How to connect them
Section titled “How to connect them”- Tick Show reviews on the booking hub.
- Paste a Google Maps link. Where to copy it is in the next section.
- Save. BUKMI reads the average rating, the review count, and up to 5 review texts from Google. Without a Google Business account connection, Google does not return a larger set, and you cannot edit the review text.
- Under Reviews to display, keep the ones that should appear and set the order (Move up / Move down). The first successful sync selects every review it received.
- On the Studio layout, also turn on the Google reviews sidebar module. Without it, quotes do not appear in the column even when the reviews section is enabled.
Where to get the link
Section titled “Where to get the link”You need a URL that opens that one business’s card on Google Maps: the name, stars, and reviews. Do not paste a search-results list or a “directions” link.
From Google Maps:
- Open Google Maps and search for the business the way a client would.
- Click the right result. The place card stays open (on the left on a computer, a sheet on a phone): name, rating, and a reviews button.
- Click Share.
- Choose Copy link.
Paste that address into Google Maps link. A long URL works (google.com/maps/place/…, including one that contains place_id), and so does a short maps.app.goo.gl/… link.
From the profile you manage in Google:
- Open business.google.com and select the right profile.
- On the profile preview, use Share your Business Profile (on a phone, the share icon on the profile card).
- Copy the link. It is often
g.page/…ormaps.app.goo.gl/…. Paste that short link into the same field.
If the business has several locations, copy the link for the location whose reviews should appear on the booking page. After you save, the panel shows the average and the review count. If the address does not point at a single place card, sync shows an error.
Refresh from Google loads the data again. Manually, at most once every 15 minutes. The system refreshes reviews on its own when the last sync is older than about two days. The panel shows the average, the count, and when the data was last updated.
If the link does not match a profile, the panel shows an error. When an earlier sync succeeded, the page keeps that last good version.
What the guest sees
Section titled “What the guest sees”- The average, the review count, and a See all reviews on Google link, with Google attribution.
- The quotes you selected: author, stars, and text.
- On Studio — a carousel in the sidebar (the Google reviews module).
- On Business website and Property / stay — a wider Guest reviews band, with no extra sidebar module.
- On the stay booking card, a short rating can also sit next to the price.
Asking for a review after the visit
Section titled “Asking for a review after the visit”After the visit has ended (status confirmed or completed, the end time has passed, and payment is not still pending), the confirmation page shows Leave a Google review. It opens Google’s form, not a form inside BUKMI.
BUKMI does not send automatic review requests by email or SMS.
What this tab does not set
Section titled “What this tab does not set”- When guests can book — Services, availability, and bookings.
- Lead time, how many days ahead, and the payment window — Business and settings.
- Embedding on your site — Embed booking. Google reviews are hidden inside the embed.
- Guest ratings stored inside BUKMI — that feature does not exist.
